LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Premium Touch Ups, we guarantee honest, high-quality work that meets factory standards. This commitment is supported by a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. Please review the details of this 4-part warranty below and request a copy once your service is scheduled.
- Painting: We offer a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY on painting-related priming and paintwork against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, starting from the date of service.
- Section 1: Once an estimate is accepted and a service date is scheduled, our auto-body technician will repair, repaint, or replace any items outlined in Section 1 as per the estimate agreement. Additionally, the current vehicle owner must confirm ownership of the vehicle. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY will become null and void if any repairs are altered, adjusted, or tampered with by anyone not authorised by a Premium Touch Ups technician.
- Specific Exclusions: The following items are specifically excluded from this LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY:
- Incidental costs such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, and assemblies or components not explicitly covered by this warranty.
- Rust, including surface rust, rust-through, and any damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels.
- Accidental or intentional damage occurring after repairs, including scratches, abrasions, stone chips, and paint deterioration due to industrial fallout or environmental factors.
- Customer Obligations: To benefit from this warranty, the vehicle owner must present their copy of the warranty document to Premium Touch Ups before requesting any warranted repairs or parts. All warranted repairs, adjustments, or inspections must be performed by a Premium Touch Ups technician. This LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY will be rendered null and void if any repairs are altered, adjusted, or tampered with by anyone not authorised by our shop. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable.
